Job description

Pub Overview

Coming Soon - We are currently working up the financials for this site, so all quoted figures are indicative only. We are accepting applications in the meantime so apply today!

The Stanley is a wet led with food opportunity pub located right in the centre of Preston, surrounded by a good circuit of pubs and right next to the Preston Guild Hall.

The Stanley is part of a busy circuit of pubs - very popular during the evening and weekends. The potential of this pub lies in increasing day time trade from nearby offices, introducing a good quality sports viewing offer as well as introducing coffees. There's potential to introduce a simple, sport related food offer to increase trade. The Stanley also benefits from an upstairs function room with its own bar, perfect for special events and functions.

Available on our foundation tenancy agreement. Click here for more information on this agreement . The site currently has the ability to drive trade via live entertainment, pub games machines and televisions for live sports to be introduced. The Stanley offers a selection of popular beers, ciders, wines and spirits with an opportunity to introduce cask ale and coffees. We're always open to new ideas, what would you do to drive trade?

If you've benefited from running or owning a pub business, we'd love to hear what experience you can bring.

The right operator for the pub will have extensive experience in a city centre pub business. They will have a clear vision for their food & drinks menu, sports offer and marketing strategy and can create a memorable experience for their customers.

If this sounds like the incredible pub opportunity you've been waiting for, apply today and tell us what you can bring to this pub's next chapter…
