Our client, an innovative leader in the manufacturing industry , is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the sample room and ensuring the showroom maintains a customer-ready status.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the sample room and ensuring the showroom maintains a customer-ready status.
Reporting directly to the Global Brand Director, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
·Manage and organise product samples, ensuring consistent updates with seasonal changes.
·Maintain accurate stock numbers to support effective inventory management.
·Conduct daily checks to ensure our showroom is well-presented and ready for customer visits.
·Collaborate with product teams to showcase the best samples in our showroom.
·Coordinate samples for offsite retailer previews, ensuring cost-effective transportation and undamaged delivery.
·Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth stock delivery and returns.
·Manage stock replenishment to ensure seasonal lines always have adequate stock available.
·Arrange delivery and shipping of samples, providing comprehensive shipping details.
·Implement an efficient barcoded scanning system for streamlined stock management using NetSuite.
·Conduct monthly stock checks and provide information to category managers.
·Understand our product coding process, including suffix codes, and collaborate with teams for reworking sample stock to meet retailer requirements.
·Receive and unpack daily deliveries, meeting timely delivery requests.
·Build strong relationships with couriers to provide timely updates on delayed or lost parcels.
