The focus of this role is handling a diverse caseload including challenging multi-track claims involving spinal injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries, psychiatric claims, fatalities, and amputations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, with a primary focus on multi-track
• Conduct in-depth legal research, analysis, and case investigations
• Interview clients, witnesses, and experts
• Prepare and present legal documents and court pleadings
• Advocate for clients during negotiations and court proceedings
• Provide clients with clear guidance on case progress and potential outcomes

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ PQE in personal injury law
• Proven experience in multi-track spinal injury, complex orthopaedic injuries, psychiatric claims, fatalities, and amputation cases
• Experience gained from a recognised clinical negligence practice/team
