Job description
Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Head of Finance for a growing organisation in North Cardiff.
The Head of Finance will lead the Financial Reporting team and be the expert on technical accounting matters. To own the delivery of the statutory financial statements and support and oversee all other reporting, forecasting and budgeting requirements. To ensure a robust financial control environment and challenge existing ways of working.
You will be liaising with the other senior leads in finance but also be the point of contact for banking, audit
You will be leading and directing the Financial Reporting team, technical accounting matters, cash management and forecasting, contributing to the production of periodic management and board reporting as well as annual budget and medium-term financial plan, statutory reporting, regulatory reporting, effective internal controls, system and process improvements
On offer:
