Job description
The Community Staff Nurse is responsible for the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) as delegated and under the School Nurse Team Leader. Reporting to the School Nurse Team Leader the Community Staff Nurse will support the development of the school nursing service and work with colleagues to ensure the delivery of a safe and effective Universal Health Provision for children and young people attending schools in Haringey. To take responsibility for providing a school health service to primary schools as well as contribute to the assessment of health needs and deliver appropriate services.
