Job description
What you will do in your working day
Your main duties and training will include:
- Contacting candidates and conduct initial screening to find out what roles they are interested in, their salary expectations, availability, etc.
- To provide excellent customer service to all of our prospective & current candidates.
- Following the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for.
- Maintaining regular contact with candidates to check their availability for work, their requirements, and to answer any initial questions they may have about a role
- To search for and identify job leads to pass to the relevant consultant and strive to identify new candidate opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering enquiries, supporting the sales/compliance processes, and making sure that the candidates always receive a professional and comprehensive service.
- To complete the candidate search and engagement using our database to find suitable clinicians who already have been working relationship with the consultants.
- Coordinating with the relevant consultant to learn the job details, specific qualifications required, and the experience needed.
- Understanding and managing candidates aspirations to ensure they find the right role.
- Provide support in carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
- Ensuring the candidate profile is kept up to date.
- To support the Business Support department with the chasing of outstanding timesheets.
- To respond efficiently to all candidates from any marketing campaigns that are conducted.
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the company.
The training you will be getting
- In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ 2 Recruitment Resourcer qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures
- Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7
- You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Career progression available. Candidates can progress from being an Apprentice Resourcer to a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, leading to other positions which include being a 360 Recruitment Consultant (dealing with candidates & clients) through to being a billing Team Leader with the potential to earn great commission. The succession plan will be available to all employees once joined the business so they can see their pathway for their career with us in the field of recruitment.
