Teacher of Art

Full Time, Permanent

MPS/UPS £30,000 – £41,333, UPS £43,266 - £46,525

Part time working would be considered for exceptional applicants.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, talented and inspirational Teacher of Art:

• To consistently deliver good/outstanding lessons and student outcomes. 

• To take part in quality assurance processes within the Area to secure improvements and provide opportunities for professional development.

• To promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom.

• To encourage students to interact and work cooperatively with others and engage, challenge, motivate and reinforce self-esteem with all students in activities.

You will demonstrate; 

• Degree in Art or relevant subject.

• Ability to use a range of teaching strategies to engage students and enable their progress

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate well with both children and adults

You’ll have Qualified Teacher Status and be prepared to embark upon further training as required.
