University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is the principal provider of acute hospital services for the residents of Derby, Burton upon Trent and surrounding areas including South Staffordshire, South Derbyshire and North West Leicestershire. The Trust serves a population of approximately 960,000 people and is committed to delivering high quality patient care. There is a wide range of exciting roles in different settings across our five hospital sites, which includes: The Royal Derby Hospital, our Community Hospital Florence Nightingale-Derby, Queens Hospital-Burton, Samuel Johnson Community Hospital -Lichfield and Sir Robert Peel Community Hospital -Tamworth. We have both full time and part time opportunities available. We do not currently have rotation opportunities. This vacancy is for applicants that will be qualifying up to September 2024. Our preceptorship programme is well established and successful: we guide and support all Newly Qualified Nurse’s and ensure you have a structured period of transition to support you throughout your career.
