An exciting new Supported living development is opening we are looking for support workers who want to make a difference to people. This is a new purpose-built development which will specialise in supporting individuals with autism, complex needs & people that could challenge. This is a chance to be part of a brand new team who will shape the service from the very beginning in the Hull & East Riding areas.

As a support worker you will be supporting people with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible.
Our ideal support worker will: - Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our service users achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
