Senior MSK Physiotherapist – Private Clinic

Senior MSK Physiotherapist-Training Pathway's-Private Clinic
£30,000 – £40,000 DOE plus bonus + 33 days AL + pension scheme + real chance of progression to Clinic Lead
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Chipping Norton, Cheltenham, Didcot, (Oxfordshire / Gloucestershire borders)

The Role

Our clients is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chartered MSK Physiotherapist to join their dynamic team where you will travel between three clinics in Chipping Norton, Cheltenham and Didcot. You will be led by the owner for 'on the job training' to learn what it takes to become the Clinic Lead. The ideal candidate will be driven, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth of the clinic's client base.

If you are an ambitious physiotherapist who one dreams of one day running their own clinic, this role will give you the freedom to shape your career path and take on increasing responsibilities. As an experienced MSK Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to their clients while also gaining valuable experience in building and expanding a successful therapy business.

The Candidate

– Applications from newly graduated physios up to experienced seniors will all be considered
– Chartered physiotherapist status and relevant professional certifications (CSP, HCPC)
– Proven experience in providing manual therapy and evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
– Excellent skills in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the team.
– Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of the clinic.
– Open-minded and eager to learn, adapt, and refine both therapy and business skills.
– Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high treatment standards.
– Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– An empathetic and client-centred approach to care.
– UK driving license and have your own vehicle is essential for this role.

The Duties

– Perform detailed assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
– Deliver manual therapy and evidence-based interventions.
– Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team for holistic client care.
– Cultivate strong client relationships and effective communication.
– Participate in team meetings, professional development, and innovation.
– Stay up to date with physiotherapy and wellness advancements.
– Enhance business skills for successful clinic growth.

Location

Located in close proximity to Chipping Norton, Cheltenham, Didcot, Oxford, Witney, Burford, Wantage, Abingdon, Banbury, Cirencester, Swindon and The Cotswolds.
