About Our Client
A Medium - large recruitment firm based in Brentford are looking for a recruitment consultant to join their team, they are based locally to a train station and offer a great benefits package.
Job Description
- As a recruitment consultant you will place suitable candidates into schools to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals
- Support and assist job seekers in finding their ideal job within schools
- Develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Meet and exceed targets
- Act as support pillar to your team
- Carry out welcome calls with candidates once they are interviewed by the Resourcing Consultants, assessing their skills, strengths and attributes. Also to update job preferences, preferred locations and reassuring them that you will find them a job
- Build ongoing positive relationships with candidates
- Monitor responses/applications received from candidates and make sure that the candidate's applications are processed efficiently
