We are looking to recruit for a brilliant secondary school in Redbridge who need a PA to Headteacher!
We're looking for a proactive individual to support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in the smooth running of the school. From managing schedules and communications to overseeing events and administrative tasks, you'll be at the heart of the operations.
PA to Headteacher Job Summary: - You'll be responsible for maintaining the Headteacher's schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient communication both within and outside the school community.
- To be able to produce letters/reports/minutes and other notes and correspondence as required.
- To be able to edit and finalise letters to an excellent and high standard including correcting spelling, punctuation, grammar, and Trust-specific terminology.
- To assist with the organisation and promotion of events held at the school.
- Other administrative duties: managing the school website, assisting the School Business Manager with HR and payroll.
PA to Headteacher Requirements: - Experience working within a school support team preferred.
- Experience as a PA/PA to senior management preferred.
- Applicants will have first-rate IT skills in all MS Office applications.
- Experience of working in a dynamic and challenging administrative environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.
