Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Fault diagnosis on hardware and software, assist with the unified communications deployment
- Be responsible for logging customer queries, escalating complex queries to Engineers
- Communication both written and orally - relaying complex queries to seniors
- Build and installation of hardware and software
- Installation and deployment of the unified communications systems
- Be flexible, to work additional if required
- Be able to travel to visit other business premises
- Gradually be exposed to other areas of IT within WHG

Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.
