Ideal Candidate
- Someone who is data driven, hands on and loves to get under the hood.
- Doesn't like to spend time in meetings - this is not a traditional manager role, this is a doing role.
- Has experience of high ticket value online sales - with a relatively low rate of repeat sales
- Has optimised websites specifically checkout funnels and product pages.
- Knows Google Ads expertly
- Has been responsible for sales targets and contribution margins
- Has 5+ years in ecommerce/digital marketing
Job Description:
- Lead website sales and margin growth
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies - mainly PPC and SEO
- Improve website functionality for more sales
- Manage traffic campaigns specifically Google Ads and SEO
- Monitor performance metrics, providing regular reports on progress towards sales and margin goals.

- 3+ years hands on experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, email, and social media marketing.
