Working in Partnership with Primary schools across Manchester for a number of years, here at Monarch Education we have been asked to provide schools with a suitable pool of candidates to support with the rest of the academic year. We understand that for a number of ECT’s you may have finished your Teaching qualification and feel the need to get some more in school experience. Working in a number of schools will sharpen your skills and give you more experience with different abilities and behaviours.

Monarch Education and our partner schools recognise that gaining more experience after your PGCE/degree will shape you into a more well-rounded Teacher as you head into a successful Teaching career. This is why we have teamed up to provide invaluable training that can be completed online and make you feel as prepared as possible to support schools in a practical sense. As an ECT we want to get you placed in your ideal roles but also understand that in the meantime gaining invaluable experience on supply is a positive step in your career.
