Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 6 business development professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s client base.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance, market trends, and business development strategies.
