Job description

We are seeking a Head of Marketing / B2b Marketing Lead for a global leader in health-tech software solutions. They are revolutionizing the industry with cutting-edge innovations and unparalleled expertise. With over 70% ownership of the market, they are high-growth and profitable, turning over $50m yearly.

They have a prominent reputation and an established presence in the market with strong backing from a $12 billion company.

As the Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology, driving growth, and making a meaningful impact on the industry. You will take charge of the UK marketing operations. You’ll manage a team of 3 and report into the General Manager for UK&I.

This is a permanent role with flexible hybrid working (a couple of days each month in office, Kent).

There is a car allowance and bonus with this role (based 50% on company performance, and 50% on sole performance).

The Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead will:

Define the marketing strategy across the UK and Ireland
Take the lead in driving brand awareness, lead generation and supporting the sales team
Oversee the development of a data-driven marketing team
Lead content strategy & manage public relations within the UK
Produce effective digital marketing strategies, including organic & paid search, email marketing, social media & more
Plan and execute events for ROI, like tradeshows & webinars
Work alongside the sales teams and product development teams to help hit sales targets
Leverage analytics and customer data in order to personalise the marketing efforts & to enhance the customer experience

Key skills & experience:

6+ years’ experience in marketing, particularly digital marketing, and experience in a software or technology company
Experience in HealthTech / healthcare technology is a plus
Previous people management experience is essential
Experience managing marketing teams is ideal
Strong experience implementing marketing strategies with a strong focus on digital marketing (Social media, SEO, email marketing, PPC, content marketing)
Experience with CRM systems is ideal, particularly HubSpot
