We are now looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide desktop and server support to our clients and internal teams either at our offices in Worthing or on-site at our client’s premises.
Managing Apple and Windows hardware with RMM / MDM Tools, you may also assist in the support of backup solutions and network infrastructure.
You will undertake software deployment of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services, assist our clients directly with first, second or third-line support (depending on experience), resolve their queries and install our IT solutions.
About You
To be considered as an IT Support Engineer, you will need:
- Experience in supporting Windows PCs or Macs in Corporate or Education sectors
- An understanding of technologies such as DHCP, DNS
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to think logically and troubleshoot accordingly
- The ability to work responsibly without direct supervision
- A full, valid driving licence
The post-holder will be required to undertake a DBS check.
