About the role:
- Provide legal advice and support to commercial issues in the business
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements and partnership agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate projects.
- Assess legal risks and provide recommendations to management to mitigate risks effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance legal compliance and risk management efforts.
About you:
- Qualified Commercial Solicitor from 4-8 PQE ( England & Wales ) in Private Practice.
- In-House Counsel with experience within the technology sector.
- Experience working with senior management in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
