Barista
Excel Recruitment is looking for an experienced Barist as for a long-term temporary assignment based in Belfast city.
This will be full-time hours open to multiple candidates!
Requirements of a Barista:
- Proven previous experience essential
- Outstanding customer service skills, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative
- Excellent time management skills and work ethic
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, maintaining efficiency during busy hours
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based beverages
- Proficiency in operating coffee equipment, ensuring its cleanliness, maintenance, and optimal
Responsibilities of a Barista:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, espresso, and speciality drinks, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient work flow and exceptional customer experiences.
- Engage with customers to recommend beverages, explain brewing methods, and share your passion for quality coffee.
- Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards, keeping the work space tidy and equipment sanitised.
