Overview
KPI:Health is a growing clinical service provider to the NHS and Private sectors. A focus on data, medical delivery and clinical team building has enabled KPI:Health to grow from a start-up to a 20+ person company.
Our specialist divisions are now defined and as a result of continued growth, we are building the next phase of our compliance and quality team. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Consultant to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our healthcare professionals meet and exceed NHS framework requirements and adhere to NHS employers & standard checks. Your primary responsibilities will include performing employment history and reference checks, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, international police checks, ID and right-to-work checks, professional registration and qualification checks, and occupational health assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive compliance checks to ensure adherence to NHS framework requirements.
- Verify employment history and references of healthcare professionals.
- Administer Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and international police checks.
- Verify identification and right-to-work documentation.
- Ensure professional registration and qualification checks are completed accurately.
- Coordinate and oversee occupational health assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance checks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely compliance and resolve any issues.
- Provide guidance and support to healthcare professionals regarding compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience in vetting medical documents, serology reports, qualification certificates and IDs.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
