SALES PROGRESSOR (Auctions) – HIGH WYCOMBE AREA – CIRCA £25K BASIC DOE, UP TO £30K OTE

You will be responsible for the speedy and smooth progression of all sales agreed. You must be able to work under pressure and to time scales. You must be articulate and well organised and able to work on your own initiative and at the same time, form part of a team. Good communication skills when dealing with all concerned in the transaction are paramount.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Progressor role with the right candidate having the flexibility to either work from our  clients Oxfordshire/Bucks Offices or from home anywhere in the UK.

The Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the process of Auction Sales from the point of a sale being agreed to legal completion. The successful candidate will liaise with multiple stakeholders, including vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure efficient communication and timely progression of sales.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience as a Sales Progressor or similar role in the property industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Customer-focused with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Working knowledge of relevant property legislation and regulations
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
