A growing consultancy in the heart of London is seeking a corporate receptionist to join their team! A newly created position where you have the chance to make the role your own whilst becoming an integral part of the team!
Your new role
- First point of contact for incoming calls.
- Covering the main switchboard throughout the day.
- Providing a high class first impression for visitors and clients.
- Setting up meeting rooms and clearing post-meeting.
- General administration support across business departments.
- Ensure the office is kept tidy and always presentable.
- Ordering and maintaining stock for kitchen and printers.
- Supporting any office projects such as refurbishments.
- Booking couriers.
- Organising catering / booking catering staff.
- Organise travel arrangements when necessary.
- Mailroom management.
- Checking invoices.
- Dealing with any issues/ requests raised and flagging to the Office Manager when needed.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Strong Front of House / Receptionist experience within a corporate environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and take on training.
- Travel into the office 5 days a week.
