Job description

Mango Solutions are looking for an Import Logistics Executive for our freight forwarding and logistics client in RM18.

Mon - Fri, 09:00 to 17:00

Duties will include...

Communicating with various customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors such as shipping lines, hauliers and depots.
•
Raising internal files
•
Raising Invoices
•
Passing supplier invoices and querying where necessary
•
Checking vessel arrivals
•
Arranging collections and deliveries, making sure to meet customer deadlines.
•
Following up after delivery to ensure the customer is happy.

Experience working for a freight forwarder is essential.

The success candidate will have experience using Destin8, CNS, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
