Job description
Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer is required to join a manufacturer of cutting tools and process solutions including Tooling, Milling, Turning, Mechanical Actuating Tools, and Precision Tools.
Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer will have a mechanical engineering sales background or have the product knowledge of Cutting Tools, Precision Tools and Tooling and the desire to move into a sales position.
Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer will need to be commutable to Rugby as this is an office-based position.
Package Paying up to £35,000
Office based
Role - Handling sales enquiries, managing tenders, technical queries & specifications along with day-to-day customer support.
- Will advice customers on cutting tools and process solutions including Tooling, Milling, Turning, Mechanical Actuating Tools, and Precision Tools.
- Resolve technical issues and advise customers of the options available to solve their problems.
- Being responsible accepting calls from customers and building relationships.
- Liaising with various engineering departments, including the external sales team.
- Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls from customers across the UK.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales or an Apprentice or a Graduate.
- Hold an HNC / BTEC / NVQ in engineering would be desirable.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and process solutions including Tooling, Milling, Turning, Mechanical Actuating Tools, and Precision Tools.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving license or commutable to Rugby.
