Job description
Post Title: Project Officer – Adult Social Care
Team: Adult Social Care
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of the Adult Social Care transformation programme and assurance framework. A motivated project manager with energy and enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a solution-based approach. Working with programme and project teams, you will ensure that your allocated projects are managed, co-ordinated and delivered to timescales and budget.
You will drive forward change using project management tools and techniques. You will have creative and analytical approaches to problem solving and an eye for detail.
You will have an ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve outstanding success through joint-working and negotiation, plus exceptional communication skills to ensure sustainable outcomes are achieved across the programme.
You will be to develop your project management skills and experience as part of a fast-paced and supportive team,
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
