Home Manager
Norwich commutable from Aylsham, Wroxham, Horsford, Staltham etc
Salary: Totally Negotiable £50,000 - £55,000

My client is looking for a Home Manager to run their new purpose built home and continue their high standard of care. The home provides accommodation for Elderly residents suffering with dementia and provides respite care. candidates would need to have previous experience of managing care homes to be considered for this position.
Candidates do NOT need to be nurse qualified for this role.
The provider you will be working with has been rated one of the top 10 social care companies to work for in the UK.
The successful Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- NVQ Level 5
- Experience with elderly, dementia care
- Good knowledge CQC and local authority standards
