Responsibilities

• Project management.
• Assist in project planning, execution and monitoring of our website and SEO projects.
• Track project progress, report on key metrics and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with our remote team including designers, developers, SEO experts and clients.
• Website content coordination.
• Regularly update website content including text, images, videos and documents.
• Ensure the website's visual and written content is accurate, relevant and aligned with branding guidelines.
• Optimise website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and publish engaging blog posts, news articles and other online materials.
• Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Quality assurance.
• Conduct regular website audits to check for broken links, outdated information and functionality issues.
• Test and validate website updates to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Liaison with designers, developers and SEO experts.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members including designers, developers and SEO experts.
• Ensure that project requirements are clearly understood and executed by the respective teams.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure the website's visual elements align with project goals and branding.

• Prior experience or knowledge in web design is required.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Further Information

The Employer is: SMK CREATIONS LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16/17 £5.28, 18/20 £7.49, 21/22 £10.18, 23/24 £10.42 per hour.
