Job description
The post is based at the Raglan House in Oxford, Oxfordshire and sits within a passionate and experienced multidisciplinary team within the wider CAMHS services. In addition to direct clinical work (assessment and intervention), this role provides service development and leadership opportunities such as, teaching, training, consultation, supervision, and audit/service evaluation. The community team is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team including Clinical Psychologists, DBT therapist, CBT Therapist, Consultant Psychiatrist, DBT therapists, Nursing staff, Social Worker, Psychotherapists, Systemic Family Therapists, Occupational Therapist, Assistant Psychologists and Team Administrators. The service offers excellent opportunities for supervision, service development, service evaluation and research, teaching and training. We have good supervision and operational structures and an excellent track record of CPD, as well as good links with Oxford University, particularly with the Doctoral Programme in Clinical Psychology.
