Job Title: Chef
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Ongoing position
Monday - Friday 06:15-14:15
Location - Edinburgh
Main Duties include:
Prepare and serve food to the required quality standard.
Follow recipe formats to help control waste.
Ensure portion control.
Apply "Food Safe" & Hygienic working practices.
Work in support of all team members.Qualifications and Key Skills:
Good knowledge of food and ingredients.
Good trade skills, preparation and production of good quality food.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Communication skills.
Team player.
