About the Opportunity

The Client Coordinator will be responsible for assisting members of the sales team. Key job responsibilities include the following:

• Contacting clients to schedule training and consulting services.
• Project Management:
  • Salesforce (CRM) implementation
  • Tracking clients through the sales cycle
  • Creating reports and providing data analysis for management
  • Document control
• Assisting members of the sales team with various tasks
• Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  
   

About You

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience with project coordination
• Proficiency in Excel – spreadsheets, formulas, graphs and tracking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• High attention to detail
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Experience with Salesforce (CRM) preferred
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred
