To drive and support the implementation for large-scale systems upgrade programme within a Local Government Authority. The CRM business analyst will be supporting use in the delivery of CRM system upgrade programme. They will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst Functional lead to plan and deliver the User Acceptance Testing, Training and Go live of the CRM project. The person will facilitate workshops and hold training sessions to help deliver UAT and training phase of the project. .
The successful CRM business analyst must have extensive experience as a business analyst and have worked on at least one large CRM project previously.
Key Skills: Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, Workshop Facilitation, Stakeholder Engagement, Delivery of UAT and Training .
Tasks may include:
• Manage and advise the project implementation process by meeting with stakeholders to arrange and execute go live plans
• Managing business change – Workforce Engagement, Change Impact Assessment & Change Readiness, UAT, and Training Plans.
• Implementing mechanisms to ensure all new processes are consistent, compliant with the strategic vision and meet the agreed level of quality.
• Testing and executing the new system to ensure that the right results are achieved and expected business benefits realised.
• Monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on the performance of new processes.
• Creation of Test Scripts and Training Collateral i.e. Training Guides, Quick reference guides.
• Managing user acceptance testing and training Activities and operating business processes.

The right candidate must have.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, creative thinking, presentation, skills and working in cross-functional environments
• Experience of working in local authorities with knowledge of the basic services that are delivered by departments and the processes they operate.
• Experience of functional testing and executing User acceptance testing
• Demonstrable skills in facilitating UAT and training workshops, requirements gathering, leading UAT, Writing and executing test cases, documenting training and UAT plans, creating training collateral.
• Knowledge of solutions that have been implemented in other local authorities to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills; being able to quickly review and manipulate data to understand volumes of demand and failure demand and to draw out clear and concise findings and conclusions from a wide range of information.
• The ability to competently use Microsoft software e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Visio for visual reporting and feedback.
• Developing process modelling and meet the agreed level of quality.
• Assisting in the creation of a Benefits Realisation Plan for the new processes.
