Job description
This leading global law firm seeks a corporate Lawyer for a key role within its China operations.
Candidates should be US qualified, and will have at least three years of experience in high quality corporate transactions with an emphasis on M&A and PE.
Full fluency in Mandarin is required, and a JD from a reputable university in the US would be ideal. Once in place, the Lawyer will receive work of the highest quality and will deal with some of the biggest and most high-profile transactions taking place anywhere in the world.
