Job description

Tapton School Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Primary Business Manager to join the Trust to take a strategic leadership role in relation finance and human resources for the Trust’s primary schools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, management and operation of support services within the schools; have oversight of the management of support staff; ensure the provision of detailed, timely and accurate information regarding finance and resources for governors; have oversight of the operation of key policies and procedures and work closely with other Business Managers within the Trust in developing common principles/practices/policies.
