Dynamic Innovation Manager for Leading-Edge Logistics Solutions

The role:
As an Innovation Manager, you will lead our efforts to identify, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that enhance our product/service offerings and drive our business forward. You will be at the heart of creating a culture of innovation within the company, working closely with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into tangible outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s innovation strategy.
- Identify new market opportunities and technology trends that align with the company’s goals.
- Manage the innovation process from idea generation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to pilot and scale innovative solutions.
- Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to bring forward innovative ideas.
- Evaluate the success of innovation projects and report on their impact to senior management.

Your experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in innovation management, product development, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in technology and a keen interest in staying ahead of market developments.
Desirable Experience/Skills
- Use and application of continuous improvement methodologies including Lean
methodology - Logistics 2+ years would be well regarded
- English and Spanish speaking
