Bridgwater Permanent £25,000 - £30,000 per year
A successful firm of accountants based near Bridgwater delivering services across the range of year end accounts, tax and wider associated general practice services provision alongside offering wide ranging advice and planning services to their clients in addition.
Joining as an AAT qualified, or Part ACCA/ACA Accountant based north of Bridgwater you will be responsible for the preparation of year end accounts for wide ranging and varied limited sole trader, partnership and limited company clients. You will prepare personal and corporate tax returns and also help to manage juniors reviewing bookkeeping work and providing guidance. Your responsibilities and involvement with clients, wider accounting and tax project work will increase over time as you develop within the team and role and you will be encouraged to progress and develop within your career, with the support of highly experienced, qualified professional around you, combined with study support on offer for those looking to pursue further qualifications.
You will be any of AAT qualified, or studying for AAT, ACCA or other qualifications. Alternatively you may have developed your career entirely through experience to date. Most importantly you will have a career background developed within the accountancy practice sector, working within a firm of accountants of any size with at least two to three years experience or more, within the sector preparing year end accounts, tax and providing other services for clients. You will be around the AAT qualified, or Part ACCA/ACA Accountant levels and be looking to progress within your career and be seeking an opportunity within a growing firm of accountants that offers you a path to develop.
