Restructuring & Insolvency Partner
TSR Legal are currently working exclusively with a well regarded multi office law firm based in Cardiff, who are currently looking to recruit a Restructuring & Insolvency Partner to the Cardiff office. Our clients Restructuring and Insolvency team spans across several offices and are renowned for their expertise in complex legal matters. Our client works across a wide range of sectors including public sector, leisure, retail, real estate across the United Kingdom.
Our clients restricting and insolvency team act on behalf of a variety of clients including, lenders, insolvency practitioners, company directors and creditors handling a mixture of restructuring, contentious and non-contentious matters. As a Partner within the Restructuring & Insolvency team, you will be responsible for handling restructuring and corporate/personal insolvency matters, including debt restructuring, insolvency proceedings and related litigation matters.
To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate that is either a Partner currently or looking for a step up from Senior Associate or Legal Director. The role would suit an individual with at least 7 years post qualification experience, excellent drafting skills, willingness to develop and teach more junior members of the team, experience of working within a banking and finance team covering a range of matters.
