Robert Half is working with a Technology Business in Loughborough to recruit a Finance Integration Manager. This high-growth Private Equity owned business is looking for a Qualified Finance Professional to support them integrate acquisitions into the business.

This position is anticipated to be based three days in the office, with two days from home.

The key purpose of this position is to work closely with the CFO and M&A Consultants to integrate newly acquired businesses into their structure. This will involve not only from a financial angle, but taking a lead on integration involving people processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses
• Develop and implement integration strategies for people, processes, and systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective integration.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in the integration process.
• Identify and address integration challenges, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different business units and departments.
• Provide regular updates and reports on integration progress to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in managing business integration, preferably in a technology or related sector.
• Background in finance M&A or project management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing environments.
