Position: Gardener

Location: Cardiff, Wales

Start Date: March 17, 2024 - Ongoing position.

Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Salary: £12 - £14 per hour

Are you passionate about horticulture and skilled in maintaining green spaces? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced gardener to join our team and work on various projects in the Cardiff area.

Responsibilities:

1. Grass Cutting: Primarily responsible for cutting and maintaining grass on estates and green spaces.

2. Horticultural Duties: Undertake a variety of horticultural tasks, including planting, weeding, pruning, and general garden maintenance.

3. Project Collaboration: Work on different projects within the Cardiff area, contributing to the enhancement and upkeep of outdoor spaces.

4. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and other relevant tools.

5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient and high-quality results.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience in a similar gardening or horticultural role.

2. Knowledge: Understanding of horticultural practices, plant care, and gardening techniques.

3. Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with the ability to meet project deadlines.

4. Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

5. Communication Skills: Effective communication within the team and with clients.
