Job description

Property Activity Management: Oversee all property-related activities within your portfolio.

Inspections: Conduct regular inspections, including Stock Condition surveys, MOT surveys, and Asbestos re inspections.

Efficient Repairs: Ensure that repairs and planned works are carried out in a cost-effective manner, while maintaining quality standards.

Performance Analysis: Analyse property performance to make recommendations for future investments and repair planning within your portfolio

Cost Savings: Identify cost-saving opportunities for each activity and collaborate to achieve these savings.

Contract Compliance: Support property delivery teams in meeting contract requirements.

Financial Forecasts: Prepare accurate delivery and financial forecasts.

Out of Hours Duty: Participate in a home-based Out of Hours duty roster as needed.
