• Job Title: Health and Safety Trainee/Graduate
• Location: Eastbourne
• Salary: 25,000– 30,000 (DOE)
• Job Type: Permanent/Full time
• Working hours: 7:30am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled and motivated Health and Safety Graduate to join a well–established roofing company in Eastbourne. As a Health and Safety Graduate you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for all employees and contractors on various sites and projects. Your primary focus will be identifying and minimising potential hazards and implementing safety protocols.

Roles required include

• Production of Project RAMS
• Project site visits
• Prestart meeting attendance, participation, and document production
• Site toolbox talks
• On site audits and inspections
• PPE, plant, and scaffold inspection

Applicant will require

• NEBOSH certification (Working towards or training can be provided)
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
• Hold current H&S qualifications and willing to attend ongoing training
• Be a team player and work well in a group and on own
• Be confident, enthusiastic, approachable, and reliable
• Must have UK Drivers Licence
• Have willing to enhance the role and bring forward new ideas and initiatives
