ROLE:Assist the Litigation Controller
SALARY:£25k + bonus

LOCATION: Leicester

Our client is seeking an assist the Litigation Controller

• Exhaust all avenues for debt recovery
• Evaluate debt value vs costs
• Maintain bad debt provisions
• Track down elusive debtors ️‍♂️
• Identify assets through Land Registry searches
• Draft legal documents
• Manage claims efficiently ️
• Handle defense responses and court proceedings ️
• Mediate settlements and minimize costs
• Enforce Judgment Orders
• Coordinate with solicitors and agents
• Track progress and report regularly
• Provide backup support when needed
• Assist credit control during peak times ⏰
