Job description
This is a full-time, one-year maternity cover position as an Account Manager. We are looking for a proactive, conscientious, organised and hardworking individual to fill this role in our thriving offices near Southend Airport.
You will be responsible for several of our key customer accounts, managing client relationships, ensuring project deadlines are met, delivering high-quality work, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve client objectives.
We pride ourselves on our high level of service for all our clients. You will therefore need to have experience of account management, customer service or project management, be an excellent communicator and relationship builder with a can-do attitude to meet the clients’ needs daily. You will need to work effectively in a team environment and have a keen eye for detail, with the ability and aptitude to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines at the same time.
The Account Manager will act as a point of contact between clients and the production team. You will be hands-on organising briefs for our internal teams and managing samples and projects utilizing our purpose-built software. As part of your role, we would also expect you to act as a promoter of ec2i’s services, spotting opportunities and growing your accounts whilst working in this fast-paced environment.
A knowledge of printed and digital campaigns, the Adobe suite, image formatting and media production will give you an advantage as you work closely on all projects with the client and internal teams.
You will need to be able to get to our offices near Southend airport to fulfil your role (we have on-site parking for your convenience). We also offer flexible working and hybrid opportunities where possible.
