We are seeking a dynamic, inspirational colleague to join us, with the determination to support the school to become truly outstanding. We are looking for an experienced leader who is seeking an opportunity to contribute to the direction of the school. Someone who can lead, support and challenge both staff and pupils to excel in all that they do, whilst helping to contribute to creating a culture that is nurturing, inclusive and supportive with a focus on pupil achievement.
Responsibilities to be discussed at interview, depending on experience, but will include data and being the Raising Standards Lead.
The successful candidate will have a resilient character and a passion for outstanding teaching and learning. You will be able to work collaboratively, be receptive to new ideas, and have proven experience of positively improving pupil progress and raising standards in all areas of school. In addition, you will be keen to develop your skill set, through CPD that will motivate and challenge you to develop and strengthen your confidence and impact.
