Job description
Step Teachers are looking for a passionate and experienced Year 4 Class Teacher to cover maternity leave due to commence in January 2024 on a full time basis.
Role:
You should have a range of robust effective behaviour management strategies that can be employed in the classroom.
Comprehensive working knowledge of learning styles and how to incorporate visual and auditory learning opportunities into lesson planning/delivery would be a considerable asset in this role.
Establish good relationships, encourage good working practices and support and lead teachers in the phase group.
Requirements:
Must hold QTS
Experience working in a mainstream primary school
