Service Delivery Lead
Eastern Europe (Remote)
Base salary €50k - 60k
Our customer, a global data sanitization services & ITAD solutions provider, is recruiting for a EU based Service Delivery Lead to oversee all project-based activities across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness of services delivered by Operations to customers.
- Manages the customer relationship, being the single point of contact.
- Managing the service to meet contractually agreed SLA’s for international projects.
- Acting as intermediary between vendors, customers and engineering teams to orchestrate efficient projects.
- Lead a team of up to 12 project coordinators, monitoring KPI's and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of management/leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of similar ITAD / IT services
- Ability to talk to company owners and team members credibly
- High level of attentiveness and attention to detail
