Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an industry leading manufacturer, in their search for Production Operativefor their busy manufacturing site based in Sandycroft, Deeside
For the successful Production Operative our client is offering:
- Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am - 6pm
- Temp to Perm
- Every weekend off
- Work in a family run expanding business
- Plenty of overtime opportunities available

The Role - Production Operative:
- Responsible for all aspects of trailer manufacturing for the Livestock product.
- Working in a production environment using hand and power tool
- Building trailers on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
- Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects
- Stopping the assembly line and halting production if machinery fails or a major defect is detected
- Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
What we are looking for in a Production Operative:
- Previous experience of working in a production environment using hand and power tools
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks
- The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to work well as part of a team.
