Do you have a passion for inspiring children to grow fruit and vegetables and improve their health and wellbeing? Doyou some horticultural experience and enjoy working with children and their families? This is an excitingopportunity to join a new project that aims to actively improve the health of children and their families, andtheir understanding and interest in the environment and biodiversity. The project will span four Primary Schoolsin Rosyth. Where children will learn and participate in their schools sowing, planting, growing, harvesting,tasting, and cooking fruit and vegetables. They will take this learning home – growing and cooking and eatingfruit and vegetables at home.

You will join a Project Gardner and a Project Support Officer and be supported by the General Manager of EATS Rosyth.The Education officer will lead on the project activities, deliver the lessons to the children and create theeducation programme at the end of the project and lead on its dissemination.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newproject that aims to actively improve the health of children and their families, and their understanding andinterest in the environment and biodiversity. The project will span four Primary Schools in Rosyth. Wherechildren will learn and participate in their schools sowing, planting, growing, harvesting, tasting, and cookingfruit and vegetables.
