FullStack Engineer
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a FullStack Engineer on a remote basis for an initial 6-month contract.
Job Spec:
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with engineers to build, support, maintain and develop an inhouse small application end to end.
- Ownership of all dev activities like deployment, release management, security and privacy
- Contribute to modernizing the product through innovation and automation.
- Plan, Track, document the work using primarily Jira, GitHub, confluence.
- Follow development guidelines, best practices and architecture recommendations.
- Flexibility to work on more than 1 small application as per prioritization by product owner.
Key Skills:
- Ability to work full stack both front end and backend - Essential.
- Good Knowledge of GCP components - Essential
- Can take ownership of a small application end to end with Devops mindset - Essential.
- Extensive knowledge on Google Cloud Platform on all aspects of cloud development components such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, compute Engine, App Engine Application Development, Cloud Networking and Cloud Deployment, etc
- Front end Skills: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue, Vuetify
- Back-end Skills: NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Express, MVC
- Good understanding of SQL, Big Query and databases
- All aspects of working with Rest API
- Additional knowledge of Power BI & Looker Studio will be helpful.
