The Position

You would be joining an established family department focused on private family, ranging from financial relief, children act to divorce, including advocacy.

As the successful Family Solicitor, you shall be expected to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, proactively business develop and attend court. The firm are looking to grow this department but there is a full caseload to walk in to.

Requirements

· The ideal Family Solicitor or Legal Executive will have at least 3 years experience whether this is pre or post qualification

· You must be able to work under minimal supervision

· Manage your own time effectively, with initiative and discipline

· Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive

· Advocacy experience is a strong advantage

· 30 days holiday + Public Holidays increases with service
